This CNC controller features a dedicated DSP processor with 512MB built-in memory and a 3-inch monochrome LCD display. It supports 3-axis linkage (X/Y/Z), differential control signals, and drives both stepper and servo motors with a minimum input resolution of 0.001mm. The system operates on 24V DC power and offers multiple interpolation modes including straight line and arc, plus arc delay and automatic acceleration support. It includes USB/U-disk connectivity for program loading, with fast read speed and reliable U-disk processing. Safety and stability features include breakpoint resume, power-failure recovery, parameter backup and restore, XYZ drive error alarm, spindle inverter monitoring, password protection, and customizable I/O interfaces. Supported languages are English and Chinese.
