Linden honey is produced between June and July from the flowers of wild lime trees. Linden honey retains the natural properties typical of the flowers from which it is born. For this reason, it is the most suitable honey for evening herbal tea. Linden honey owes its unmistakable scent to the presence of more than 100 different aromatic substances. Linden flowers are among the most attractive of all for bees, which prefer them to any other contemporary flowering. For this reason, it is possible to produce pure lime honey even in the presence of other plants that bloom at the same time and in the same places (primarily the Chestnut). Pairing: It is the most suitable honey for sweetening milk and hot herbal teas, suitable for the preparation of mulled wine. It goes well with both fresh and aged alpine cheeses.
