The Levenhuk DTX 350 LCD is easy to use, perfect for professional studies and professional use, and can of course also be used for hobby purposes. The magnification is done with the support of a built-in digital camera. Software controls the image quality. The specimen is fixed to the stage with clamps, illuminated from above with eight bright LEDs. The enlarged image is displayed on the integrated screen. In addition, the image can also be displayed on any external screen, for example with a computer monitor, notebook screen, or a projector. The lighting can be controlled, and of course the image sharpness can also be adjusted separately. You can save the results of your observations as photos or videos. The recordings are stored on a memory card, one of which is already included in the scope of delivery. Another important feature is a suitable image processing program (supplied on the accompanying CD). After installing this program on your computer, you can use additional options such as brightness and contrast adjustment, image descriptions, and measurements of angular and linear sample sizes. A huge advantage of this microscope is that there is no need for a power outlet nearby. An integrated battery provides up to 7 hours of continuous use. The microscope can also be powered via a USB port (e.g. a computer) if required. Mains operation of the microscope is also possible, a suitable power supply is available as a separate accessory.
