A series of CARAT baking molds from Patisse. The molds are made of 0.8 mm thick aluminized steel with a Whitford Quan Tanium non-stick coating. Square mold with closure, dimensions 18cmx18cm. External height: 9.5cm. Internal height: 8 cm. The possibility of unzipping it makes it much easier to remove the baked goods. "LEAK PROOF" wide edge system that prevents liquid mass from leaking from the mold.
