You should choose a zinc source with high bioavailability, which is why it contains zinc in the form of bisglycinate, which has been shown to be absorbed 43% more than other commonly used zinc sources such as gluconate. It is recommended to take one tablet a day, with food. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
