HMC536MS8G (E) is a DC to 6 GHz GaAs MMIC T/R switch, packaged in an 8-pin MSOP8G mount with an exposed grounding pad. This switch is very suitable for cellular/PCS/3G base station applications, with a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB and an input IP3 of+55 dBm. This switch provides processing performance at 6 GHz, with a P0.1dB compression point of+29 dBm (+3V control voltage). On chip circuits can achieve positive voltage control of 0/+3V or 0/+5V at very low DC currents.
