- Our roll-up shade is built from durable fabric with a very robust hanging system. The fabric is soft to the touch, edges are sealed to prevent fraying, and it features ergonomic, user-friendly pom pull-down handles. It is designed to resist dust buildup. - Note: width measurement refers to the roller mechanism width. - Internal installation: measure the window height, width and depth. The depth must be at least 2.8 inches. For the inner bracket, the blind width must be at least 1/4 inch less than the window width. There will be a tiny gap on each side, so the fabric width is at least 1.5 inches smaller. In other words, the fabric width is 1.5 inches smaller than the roll mechanism. - External mounting: lower requirements than internal mounting. Roller blind width must be 7-8 inches wider than the window width to avoid gaps. The roller blind length must be at least 7 inches longer than the window length to ensure full coverage. - Use scenarios: - In living rooms or family spaces to reduce glare while maintaining softer, natural light. - In bedrooms for added privacy and controllable light levels with easy operation. - In rental homes or kitchens where mounting options vary; external mounting provides flexibility and keeps the window fully covered.
