We observe that the individualized programs allow for longer baking times than in other bread makers, which favors the production of gluten-free breads that, according to our experience, require more baking due to their moist consistency. This also benefits the baking of large or dense breads, where we want to adjust baking times to be a bit longer than in other bread makers. The program for making pasta consists of kneading the ingredients. To shape them into spaghetti, noodles, or any other type of pasta, it must be done outside the bread maker, using a pasta machine. Additionally, with this Edel 68456 bread maker you can also make jams (program 13, Confitura) and doughs, for example pizza or pie dough (programs 9 and 10). In this bread maker, we miss the program called "Cakes" (the "Backpulver" program of other Unold bread makers), but we see that this corresponds to program 7, Ultra quick basic. To make cakes, we can also use program 8 for kneading and then bake with program 16, so we can regulate the kneading time to our liking. The Unold Edel 68546 bread maker is suitable for 2 or 3 people, for a consumption of approximately 3 kg of bread per week.
