Femibion 3 56 tablets

Femibion 3 provides carefully selected ingredients, such as DHA, that can help you during this period as a supplement to a varied diet. It also contains folic acid, vitamins D and A, iron, calcium, choline, lutein, and other additional nutrients. Format: 28 tablets and 28 capsules. Iron helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, while calcium is necessary for maintaining normal bones. Choline contributes to normal homocysteine metabolism. Choline requirements are higher during breastfeeding. Femibion 3 includes lutein and the omega-3 fatty acid DHA in an additional capsule. Lutein gives the capsule its characteristic color. Selenium and vitamin E contribute to protecting cells from oxidative damage. Vitamin A contributes to maintaining normal vision. It is recommended to take 1 tablet and 1 capsule a day with enough water, preferably with a main meal. Femibion food supplements provide folate and other selected nutrients.
