Gnocchi with quinoa from Probios made with potatoes and quinoa flour, guaranteed vegan, without milk, without eggs and gluten-free. They cook in minutes and can be stored outside the refrigerator. The Altri Cereali line offers organic gluten-free products based on herbaceous plants and cereals, as an alternative to corn and rice: millet, buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, teff, and oats with a distinctive flavor and their precious nutrient content. *The received packaging may be slightly different from the image on the product sheet. It is recommended to cook as follows: In a pot, pour the gnocchi in plenty of salted water and let it boil over low heat. Let it emerge, drain and season with your favorite sauce.
