Players are secretly divided into two teams - the Liberals and the Others. The other team only knows each other and works together to create distrust and install their cold-blooded leader. The Liberals must find and stop the other team before it's too late. Each round, players choose a president and a judge who will work together to create a team from a random deck of cards. If the government establishes a fascist team, players must try to figure out if they have been betrayed or just unlucky. The other team also has government powers that come into play as the other team develops. Those on the other side will use these powers to create chaos unless the Liberals can pull the country back from the brink of war.
