Turn the toilet upside down. Install water valve with two anchor screws. 3.Hold the toilet upright and re-engage the linkage and lever spring to the locked position. Place the mechanism cover into position and turn the toilet upside down. 4.Install the four machine screws, place the toilet upright and reinstall the seat and cover. Install new flange seals, reinstall to floor and connect plumbing.
