1. COMPACT INTERIOR The first aid bag has internal elastic bands/loops to immobilize your medical care (trauma bandage/marker) and then flip up the hook nloop flap to secure it. You can put it in an outer sleeve cover or use it as a separate medical storage bag to store the most important things you need in case of injury. 2. ONE HANDED USE The Molle Medical Pouch features a hook tab sewn on the inside that is attached to a loop tab on the insert to prevent it from accidentally dropping, but it can be taken out by hard grasping the pull tabs from the left or right side to quickly unfold the medicine kit. In an emergency rescue situation, the first time is significant. 3. VERSATILE ASSEMBLY The IFAK Pouch has two rear molle straps (with hooks) that can be attached to the extra elastic tourniquet hammock while being mounted on the belt without any burden. The split design allows you to carry an extra tourniquet or use it as a standalone tourniquet holder in a large medical bag. 4. DURABLE SERVICE The IFAK bag is made of 500D Cordura nylon with tight stitching that makes it withstand multiple uses and reinsertion.
