A1: This may be because when the regulating valve is rotarted to the bottom, the upper and lower grinding cores will interfere, resulting in this situation. You only need to turn the grinder upside down, let the grinder outlet up, and then start the grinder, the upper and lower grinding cores will separate and return to normal state. And then you can adjust the coarseness normally.
