For a crunchier flavor, we suggest toasting the seeds in a covered pan or in the oven at 180°C for 3 minutes. It's recommended to make tahini ("butter" from sesame seeds). Heat the seeds in the oven or in a pan (180°C for 3 minutes) and then blend them in a food processor until they form a paste.
