White arborio rice 500 g

Priméal's white arborio rice is a special variety of rice ideal for making risotto. Has a texture that is both soft and firm at the heart of the grain. Priméal is the benchmark organic brand of dry grocery products sold in organic stores that offers a wide range of savory and sweet grocery products. It uses ingredients from French terroirs, while ensuring local manufacturing and packaging, in Ardèche, a guarantee of the French quality of our know-how. It is recommended to brown 1 volume of arborio rice in a little fat with possibly onions. Stir until the grain begins to be translucent. Gradually add at least two volumes of hot broth and continue the risotto recipe you have chosen (cooking time: about 20 minutes) Store in a cool, dry place, away from light.
