This Mini Bilby is a small exquisitely soft and realistic plush toy, an ideal size for children to gift.Adopting the Bilby as Australias official Easter animal helps to spark public interest in native wildlife conservation & helps to keep conservation efforts moving forward. This handmade and airbrushed plush toy can be converted to a keyring by adding your own keychain to the loop. Bilbies are also known as rabbit-bandicootdue to their very long ears and theyare desert-dwelling marsupial omnivores. There were two species but the lesser bilby became extinct in the 1950s, the greater bilby survives but remains endangered.Female Bilbies reproduce from the age of six months and reproduce year round, with females typically giving birth to one, two or occasionally three tiny offspring. Its rare for all of them to survive to adulthood. This Mini Bilby measures 13.5cm/5.3 in length or 21cm/8.2 with the tail, 7cm/2.7 in width and 8cm/3.1 in height or 10cm/3.9 to the top of the ears.
