Prepared for Pizza 350 g

Bauckhof's organic gluten-free pizza dough is made from brown rice flour and behaves slightly differently when baking than standard flour dough. Thanks to its improved recipe, this pizza dough is very easy to prepare, remains moist and fluffy on the inside and bakes up nice and crispy on the outside. Just add oil and water, the dough does not need to rise. The quantity in the package is enough for two springform pans or one tray. The dough is prepared in five to ten minutes, the baking time is 20 minutes. It is recommended to make the dough by adding water (and oil if desired), roll it out, add the ingredients to taste, bake for 15-20 minutes and that's it Store in a cool, dry place.
